that's too easy. if the court really wanted to take a stand on poaching, the judge should've imposed the sentence in one stay and make that & the fine the max allowable under state law. Plus a revocation of his hunting privledges for the 5 years. these creative sentencing structures take the bite out of the punishment in my opinion. I'd prefer a heavy had by the courts in cases where guilt and innocence is beyond question.
