chat room license expired?

Got a message saying that our license had expired when I tried to log into the chat room.

The connection to the chat server is lost. The License for CuteChat is not valid. You are using a trial license and the trial period has expired. If you would like to extend your trial period, please write to support@cuteSoft.net. Trial license license expired!
