Number of fishing reports posted doesn't change

Number of fishing reports posted doesn't change

I've been stuck on 2 fishing reports posted since i joined. My forum post counter is working fine but why not the number of reports i have posted.

well to add to this, why doesn't the date change on some of the rivers or lakes when a new report has been posted?
