how do I drop a photo into a topic box?

Need help figuring out how to drop a photo into this box..I got issues here..Thanks
Do you mean posting a picture under your name? If so, go to profiles and select avatar.
If you want to place a picture under the message, post the message and then on the upper right of the posted message will be an "attach" button. Click on it and you upload the picture then.
