Shimano Curado 201 e7, Shimano Stradic 2500 fd. Love these reels. Doesn't get much better than them. For the budget level reels I like the Shimano Sedona, reel performance at a very accessible price. I've fished all of the reels, president, okumas abu garcia etc. and when it comes time to replace 'em I always end up back on the Shimanos. Even the new curado with the 150 price tag seems to perform pretty darn well.

As far as spinning reels go I'm definitely a Pflueger President man. Its a tough reel to beat at $50-60 and I don't see any reason to spend more.

Since almost all of my reels are now Shimano's
Baitcasting: Calcutta 400B, 400TE, Curado E (just wish this reel would hold more line at times.)
Spinning Reel: SaHara 2500 and SaHara 4000.
I like my Penn Trolling reel but it is a very very old reel (for 30+ years it wasn't cared for/oiled/or even used) and I'm considering replacing it with a Shimano eventually.

ShImano Stradic ! I have 3 of them. Shimano Stradic 1000FG; Shimano Stradic 2500FG; and a Shimano Stradic 2500FI. Also have a Shimano Sedona that I've never used. Sept. 2, 2005 landed a 18lb 6oz King with my Shimano 1000FG !!(My first salmon caught on the puyallup) Ever since then I fell in love with the Stradic. That was a 120 dollar reel at the time. My last reel was the Stradic 2500FI. Believe I paid 165 bucks for that one about 3 years ago. I'ts great. worth every penny. I grew up in Alaska (Air Force Brat) using a Mitchell 300 that I still have. We lived there from 1967-1973 Anyway, that's my opinion. And like they say opinions are like "A-Holes", everyone has one.

Hmmm, and was this the fed way location? May have to swing back in there if ALL reels are really 20% off.

I just picked up a US Reels 800SX Hibdon Edition. I have to say the 'eyelet less' wavebar levelwind is pretty spectacular and I got it for $50 (normally $129) at Cabela's.

I was looking at those online....heck of a price reduction. Must not have been very popular.
I wish I'd been able to get one of last year's Abu STX models in left hand. They seem to only have right hand on sale right now.
