Costco Fishing gear Sale

I was just at the Costco in Issaquah and saw that they had a few tables of mid to upper grade fishing gear for sale through next week. Of particular interest to me was an Ambassadeur 6500 Line Counter Reel at $99.99 and a XXH Shimano Trevala Butterfly Jigging Casting rod for $119.99. They also have complete folding crabpot setups and several other rod and reels that are just below Sportco/Outdoor emporium member prices.

THe one in Seattle on 4th has Ugly sticks paired with Flueger President reels, I think it was $59.99 for the combo.

I think that all the local Costcos have the UglyStik/Flueger combos in their outdoor section this time of year. This was one of the special traveling shows, like they have for rugs, art, furniture, etc.

Thats a good deal since a Pflueger President is $59.99 new pretty much everywhere. Like getting the rod for free.

I got a lamiglas rod for 70 then bought the pflueger combo for 50. Chucked the berkly rod and now have a $200 setup for 120. Score!

Was at Aurora Village store last night - this is all they had there also $49.99. Good deal for a nice little trout setup.
