CRKT Big eddy fillet knife7"

i have had this knife a couple years and i love it. razor sharp and goes through bone and makes clean cuts

Those CRKT knives are super nicely crafted. My GF's brother is a rep for them and gets some ridiculous discount and she has several of the pocket knives. They are all SCARY sharp right out of the box and hold a great edge once sharpened.

Highly recommend that company.

thanks mike i was to busy to get the site info. but like matt said i have not sharpened my fillet knife in about a year and i was cutting thru humpys like butter
