Camp Chef Single Burner Propane Stove

Post by Dave » Thu Jul 15, 2010 10:01 am

Camp Chef Maximum Output Single Burner Propane Cooker! Outstanding!!!

So I bought this stove from Holiday Sports in Burlington, WA last week for $64.99. The company itself sells it for $102.99. I was shocked with the output of this stove which boiled about 15 gallons of Puget Sound saltwater in record time, then cooked 15 crab in a snap. If you are in the market for a propane stove like this one, I highly recommend this model. It also comes in a 2 burner model which I believe was just over $100.00 at Holiday Sports. Great product for sure!

Product Description from the web site:

It's hard to believe that this single burner stove has the ability to output 60,000 BTU/hr. Made specifically to heat quickly, the SH140L is perfect for brewing and boiling liquids efficiently. With its high pressure system this stove is a great addition to anyone's gear.

The small size and easy portability makes this a great stove for camping and emergency preparedness. You can use it alone or combine it with another stove to make a complete outdoor kitchen. Its capacity for heating water makes it perfect for scouting.

I agree. Just yesterday July 24th I was there, bought new 30 pound test P-Line, some 25 pound test leader, some hoochies in green spatterback and white, some hootchie heads, some heave barrel swivels, some hootchie pre-tied leader/hooks in 4/0, and a green Hot Spot flasher since I lost one when I fished the bubble a few weeks back and broke off an estimated 30+ pound king. So $56.00 yesterday was getting out of there cheap LOL. It's so easy to spend $$ there and it's a great store! It's like a smaller version of Cabelas but far cheaper.

 I have the 3 burner stove...bought it at costco 3 years ago and we love it....use it for paintball parties, outtings, camping. It came with the 2 burner griddle so it allows you to cook a massive ammount of food...all i need to get for it is the bbq box and it will be the ultimate burner, grill combo...great product! :chef:
