Yes it is, but the report is old, (dated 3/21/07). Fishing line tech is like cell phones and computers, always evolving. Would be nice to see a more current evaluation. [wink]

True but, all the brands and flavors tested are still available. I pretty much stay away from any mono's these days, the coated braids handle so much better, there really is no comparison.

A new test would be great. Any takers?
