okuma ceymar reel

I looked for reviews for this reel but have failed thus far. My questions are; have any of you guys used them, and are they decent? Its the okuma ceymar c40 spinning reel. It would be used primarily on humpies and maybe cohos on my jig twitchin rod. Any imput is greatly appreciated.
