What rig works best for coho or pink salmon that doesn't require a downrigger? I have a depthfinder.
If anybody had some pictures that would be great.

4 oz lead hearing 6ft leader, 100 pull's of line.
We used orange leads with a slow troll and got alot of kings to.

Yup Derrick-k is right. Use between a 4 - 6 oz lead. Depending on the water depth and time of day 100 - 150 pulls. If you start catching sharks your too deep, shakers go a little deeper. You can use a flasher, but dont it try that off the bat, its very difficult and kind of a pain. Also I wouldnt use a flasher if fishing by yourself, or if you have a smaller boat, just way too much leader.
