Any local hook makers?

Post by ruthven78 » Wed May 21, 2014 10:09 pm

Was wondering if any of you knew of any companies in washington state that make hooks? Since Im filing for disability I thought I would give making flies, lurers, and rods a try via an online shop and I would rather buy from companies.

Im talking headquartered. If they are headquartered in washington state and if I buy product from them then I know all of their taxes will stay in washington state. IE one of the benefits of buying from locally owned businesses as opposed to big box retailers.

Ive already sourced a very local chicken ranch that raises birds for fly tying material. I know quite a few taxidermists to get bits of deer & elk fur from. Everything else I can buy from a locally owned shop.
