Is Olalla Reservoir open for 2021 yet?

Made a trip after seeing that is was on the stocking schedule for march. Got there and the gates were closed. Nobody at ODFW had a number for the GP people.
Note to GP: Thanks for the opportunity to fish your lake. I think the people that fish there do a pretty good job of keeping it clean and police after themselves and others, too. Maybe you would consider posting a number for a hotline, or website that announces the status of the fishery. Thanks in advance.
