Gordy and I hit one of the I-82 ponds this morning where we were able to fill two full stringers using 1 1/2" twister tail grubs in motor oil color. These crappie were traveling around in what Gordy and I called wolf packs (schools). We could see them up over a dozen at a time chasing our jigs and we would cast to the same spot where one was hooked to get an instant hook-up. this went on like this all day. These crappie were schooling bait fish and we just happened to be there to catch a few.
