I don't have a boat, so where is the best place to fish for Pinks on the Snohomish river?

LOL I'm still looking too! LOL Fact is, fish move so what or where changes daily/weekly.

The better question may be what are the best places to access the river? I saw a lot of fishable shoreline off 82nd Ave SE, via the Lowell-Snohomish River Road.

And, seems to be good holding water.
